The difference still exists!

DON'T TEACH YOUR DAUGHTERS TO NOT GO OUT AT NIGHTS. TEACH YOUR SONS HOW TO BEHAVE.
Hi, I am a high school student and want to pursue event management as a career. But my parents are not allowing me to do so, reason being I am a girl and so I can't go out at nights, can't travel much and after marriage, it would be difficult for me to manage my work and family.
But how I feel is that why are girls only the one who have to think about their future families? Why don't boys have to plan their careers keeping in mind their future families? And why are only women not allowed to go out at nights or travel alone? Why are these restrictions not imposed on boys?
The thing I want is not to impose restrictions on boys but to remove restrictions from us girls as well. I want the society to rise up from this difference of treating boys and girls. I want them to think widely and make them believe that women are not unsafe because they go out. They're unsafe because some boys are unable to behave in the way they should.
Just because I am a female, I am not able to accomplish my dream. No mattet how much I keep trying, the answer and reason remains the same.
I want everyone to know that I'll keep trying until I succeed, I'll keep trying until the answer is yes, I'll keep trying until this society is forced to think wider, I'll keep trying until this difference is abolished even if it means trying forever.
And hope you will too!
